LTD « Scientific Innovative Center of Construction and Fire Safety» at Meeting of CTIF Fire Prevention Commission in St.Petersburg

       Meeting of Fire Prevention Commission of the International Association of Fire and Rescue Services tooke place in St.Petersburg oin October 2- 3, 2008 
       Specialists of the Company took part in Commission work, together  with experts from 5 foreign countries: Estonia, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Hungary.
Russia was represented also by  Independent non-commercial organization “Women for Safety” ,the head of North-West Regional Center of Emergency Control Ministry of Russia, Major General V.V. Krivoshonok., representatives of the Regional Center ,General  Department of EMERCOM of Russia in St.Petersburg, head of St.Petrsburg All-Russian Voluntary  Fire Society, and other specialists in the field of Fire safety.
.      The host did all there best for successful work. The Northwest regional centre of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia had given for meeting the situational hall equipped with the modern technic. A Welcoming speech to participants send the deputy minister of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia A.P.Chuprijana..
        The rhythm of work of the meeting was strained enough. The great interest was caused by the presented reports: «Structure of fire protection of the Russian Federation",“Minimal Necessary Requirements Providing Explosion and Fire Safety in Distribution of Civil Pyrotechnical Products” “Fire in a Hospital in France” by Georges Thill, “Tactical Information for Buildings” by Ilpo Leino, “Sprinklers for Residential Areas” by Matti Orrainen, Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements”” by deputy head of State Fire Inspection of Emergency Control Ministry for St. Petersburg, colonel of the interior service Y.A. Blokhin.
Report of fire safety advisor Jury Eremin “ Experience in Development and Testing of Fine Dispersion water Sprays ‘ was prepared at high scientific level.       Live interest and active discussion caused  the material of report “ Increasing Fire Resistance Limit of steel constructions with the use of Therma fire protection paint’ by deputy director general for production of Scientific Innovation Center of Construction and Fire Safety Ltd Y.V. Dmitriyeva. »- the deputy director general for science M.V.Krasheninnikovoj' The extensive review of objects has been given in the report, including unique (for example, the Izhora trumpet factory, a reconstructed building of the Synod and others), and also have been presented results of the tests metal constructions, processed by the"Terma" paint.
      The regulations for reports were not rigid, and for discussions it was not established at all, therefore all persons could ask questions, listen detailed answers and say their point of view.
        At the end of meeting all  participants have exchanged with gifts .
 Many of the guests have left records in the book of Honor Guests where expressed  satisfaction in cooperation and have supported its strengthening and expansion. All were united in opinion that the meeting has passed at high level: the organizing of all-round dialogues of experts in the safety problems, the presented reports and messages were extremely various and interesting for all without an exception.
           At following meeting of the Fire Prevention Commission of CTIF which is planned to be in July, 2009 in the Czech  Republic ,Ostrava, simultaneously with Assembly CTIF and of Fire Brigades Competitions, experts of SIC CFC will also present the reports on innovative works of the Company.
