In March 2010 the results of the competition on designing the fire resistance test program of facade construction for Okhta-center were summarized.
On 10 March the closed selection results of the contractor were announced for performing the first work stage on designing the fire resistance program and policy of facade construction.
The start of the selection procedure for the Social-business centre Okhta-Centre was announced at the beginning of February 2010.
Due to narrowly defined work the competition took place between focused companies such as OOO "Scientific Innovative Center of Construction and Fire Safety", ZAO Test and Certification centre “OGNESTOYKOST-CNIISK“ and The Organization Research Institute of Physics of Civil Engineering under the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Science. The winner of the closed selection became OOO "Scientific Innovative Center of Construction and Fire Safety" (SIC CFS).
