APPLICATION METHOD
THERMA vanish is supplied as one component. Before applying the vanish clean the surface from dust, dirt and other substances, then remove grease.
Apply the vanish in 2-3 layers until the indicated amount has been used by hand or with a mechanical device.
The surface treated with type A THERMA vanish acquires all the required properties after 14 days.
Apply the composition at temperatures higher than +5ºC and humidity not more than 80%.
Minimal amount necessary for fire protection is 250-300 g/m².
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE REQUIREMENTS
The paints is not hazardous and can be transported by any kind of covered vehicle according to the rules for the particular vehicle.
Keep the paint in a tightly closed non-metal container in a dry closed room at temperatures from +5 to +35ºC with relative humidity up to 80%.
WARRANTED PERIOD
Warranted period for type A THERMA vanish storage is 12 month since manufacturing date. The term of the protective cover service is not less than 10 years.
