APPLICATION METHOD
Before applying the impregnation clean the wooden surface from dust, dirt and other substances.
Dissolve the required amount of dry components in warm water (40 - 60ºC). The prepared solution must be well mixed and filtered.
Apply the solution to various constructions by immersion, with brush or by sprinkling.
The second layer of impregnation can only be applied after complete drying of wood. In case of immersion keep the wood in solution for not less than 12 hours.
COVER CONSUMPSION
Minimal amount necessary for fire protection is 500-600 g/m², cover is applied twice.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE REQUIREMENTS
TP impregnation is not hazardous and can be transported by any kind of vehicle (with the exception of air). Storage requirements must be observed during transportation.
Keep TP impregnation at temperatures not less than +5ºC with relative humidity up to 75%.
WARRANTED PERIOD
Warranted period for the dry components is month since manufacturing date, for the prepared composition in a tightly closed container - 3 months since preparation date.
