APPLICATION METHOD
TP impregnation is supplied as a 3-pack system.
To prepare the surface of carpets, textile, carton, paper for fire protection impregnation remove dirt and dust (wet cleaning), then let the surface dry.
Impregnation composition is prepared as follows: dissolve each component in warm water (20-50ºC) according to the application manual. The prepared solution must be well mixed and filtered.
Apply the solution to various constructions by immersion, with a brush or by sprinkling.
COVER CONSUMPTION
Minimal amount of cold solution necessary for fire protection is 170 g/m², cover is applied twice. The exact amount depends on the type of textile.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE REQUIREMENT
TP impregnation is not hazardous and can be transported by any kind of vehicle (with the exception of air). Storage requirements must be observed during transportation.
Keep TP impregnation at temperatures not less than +5ºCwith relative humidity up to 75%.
WARRANTED PERIOD
Warranted period for the components is 12 months since manufacturing date, in undamaged original containers can be kept for 3 years.
